The following information is the "plain english" version of some technical information you would find really boring. We thought we would make it a bit more interesting:What is a Podcast?
A podcast is the way that the First Irving Family will be able to easily access all the sermon series preached here at First Baptist Irving by pastor John Durham, Jason Hatch and others.
How do I get the podcast?
We're glad you asked! All you have to do is make sure you have itunes and you are on your way. Follow these simple instructions and you'll be set up!
Step 1: Click on the First Irving Podcast link either in the in the resource center or on the scrolling box on the home page.
Step 2: When your internet browser opens, you'll be directed to an iTunes preview page listing the podcasts. Just below the First Irving Logo, click the button that says "View in iTunes."
iTunes is required to download these messages (if you do not have iTunes installed, you can download it by clicking HERE).
Step 3: If iTunes is installed you will link automatically to our podcast page, click the subscribe button to begin the downloading process.
Step 4: When you open iTunes later, check your "podcast library" and select the message you want to "get" or download.
